Carib Shipping supplies and delivers upon request brand new metal drums and barrels at value for money prices. All of our plastic barrels are brand new and our steel drums are painted as well as being lacquered on the inside to provide the best protection to your items.

For larger shipments, we can supply two standard size shipping case. You can choose large or small shipping cases. We can arrange to have these professionally packed for you at a location of your choosing, just contact us for more information.

The sizes we supply are:

Large – 6’10 x 6’10 x 4’10

Small – 6’10 x 6’10 x 3’10

You can request specific sizes of bubble wrap, pallet boxes and shrink wrap which can be made to measure and any other packaging that you need can be supplied should you require.

Some customers may wish to insure individual shipping items; however, this can be very difficult as our insurance provider will insist on seeing proof that the missing items were actually loaded within the package and would also require an invoice verifying the value of any items that may have been lost in transit.

We highly recommend that you take valuable and urgent items with you when you travel to Jamaica or send them by registered airmail, to avoid any losses of high-value important items such as legal documents or jewelry.

We do provide standard insurance for the loss of an entire package up to the value of £400 per barrel/drum/box of equivalent size.
